On June 6, the International Osteoarthritis Foundation, together with AECOSAR, signed a collaboration agreement with ASPE, the Spanish Private Health Alliance.
In the way of collaboration and creation of links with entities of different sectors that is carried out from AECOSAR-OAFI, and whose purpose is to create a common work network with the best partners to improve the quality of life of the people who suffer from these diseases, the agreement for the signing of a framework agreement with the Spanish Private Health Alliance, which is the employer’s association of private health in our country, has been made official. ASPE groups together almost 1,300 private healthcare entities, among which are hospitals and clinics, specialized centers, laboratories, medical transport companies, etc.
In addition, ASPE represents more than 80% of the country’s private hospitals.
The Spanish Private Healthcare Alliance is made up of the territorial associations of Catalonia, the Community of Madrid, the Canary Islands, the Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, the Balearic Islands and Murcia.
The agreement, which is already in force, includes, among other points, reciprocal participation in projects such as training courses, congresses, collaboration in studies to improve the quality of care in joint health, etc.
