- On Tuesday 1st October, one of the online Nutrition Workshops that the OAFI Foundation regularly organises took place.
- Total success with 216 attendees who were very satisfied with the teachings of Dr. Laura Arranz.
The Nutrition Workshop, which on this occasion took place in ONLINE format, was directed as always by the Dra. Laura Arranz, a prestigious dietician-nutritionist with extensive experience in pain management, weight control and specialist in anti-inflammatory diets.
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DIET
What is the anti-inflammatory diet? What foods can help us feel better and reduce pain? How can we benefit from the properties of a good diet?
A good diet can be our best ally in feeling better, both physically and emotionally. Learning to eat well will not only allow us to lead a better lifestyle, but can also be a great help to improve the symptoms of diseases that cause chronic pain, such as Osteoarthritis or Osteoporosis.
The anti-inflammatory diet, still largely unknown, is one of the best ways to take advantage of the fantastic benefits of healthy eating in improving chronic pain.
