On March 8, 9 and 10, the city of Madrid hosted the III Articulating Sports Congress, a medical and sports meeting dedicated to good sports practice and joint health.

This event, organized by the Osteoarthritis Foundation International (OAFI), together with the Medical Services and the Atlético de Madrid Foundation and the Spanish Olympic Committee, is dedicated to amateur and professional sports, with the aim of practicing physical exercise in optimal physical conditions and taking care of the joints for a lasting and active quality of life.

Some of the best experts and athletes in our country, such as Dr. Guillén, Dr. Sol Ruiz, Dr. Cugat, Dr. Ripoll, Dr. Vilarrubias, Jennifer Pareja, Lola Romero, Clemente Villaverde or Dr. Ana de la Torre gave us the keys to enjoy a full, active and sporty life, taking care of our joints and extending their useful life.

This year, on the occasion of Women’s Day, #ARTICULANDO23 placed a special focus on sports and women’s health, joining the demands for equality that took place on such an important day.
